Disha Davey has work experience in healthcare operations and data annotation. Disha worked as a Healthcare Operations Manager (Data Annotation) at Shaip since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead for Data Annotation at Shaip from June 2019 to March 2022. Before joining Shaip, Disha worked at EZDI, Inc. Disha served as a Medical Coding Analyst from June 2018 to May 2019 and as a Research Assistant from June 2014 to May 2018.

Disha Davey pursued their Master of Science degree in Biochemistry at Nirma University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India from 2012 to 2014.
