Allison Zacher

Allison Zacher is an experienced professional in people practices and employee relations, currently serving as a Senior People Practices Partner at Shake Shack since October 2022. Prior to this role, Allison spent over two decades at Luxottica, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Employee & Labor Relations, Regional Manager of Asset Protection, and General Manager of LensCrafters. In these roles, responsibilities included supporting store operations and asset protection strategies across the US and Canada, as well as leading teams to deliver outstanding customer service and quality products. Allison's career began at The Disney Store, where various roles included Assistant Store Manager and Cast Member. A graduate of Western Washington University, Allison holds a BS in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry.
