Andrew McCaughan

Andrew McCaughan has held various development and real estate roles at Shake Shack since June 2010. Andrew is currently the Chief Development Officer. In addition, Andrew co-owns Festive & Co alongside CEO Brenna Gilbert, where they manage Feste and Champers Social Club in SoHo. Prior to their current roles, Andrew worked as an Assistant to Chef Rick Bayless at Frontera Grill. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College.
