Joshua Enriquez

Joshua Enriquez is an experienced General Manager who has worked at Shake Shack managing the Hoboken Shack and NJ Food Trucks since January 2016. Prior to that, Joshua worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works as a General Manager Training Leader and at Cafe Laura as a Student Manager. Joshua also has experience as a Human Resources Intern at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University and attended Don Bosco Preparatory High School.
