Karen Schweikert

Karen Schweikert has a strong background in real estate project management, with experience in leading and supporting development processes from real estate selection to build. Recruited by Shake Shack as the Director of Real Estate Project Management, and prior to that, Karen worked at Dallimore & Co and J.Crew in various senior project management roles. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree from Westminster Choir College of Rider University in Music.
