Karen Shabroski

Karen Shabroski is an experienced restaurant industry professional currently serving as Area Director at Shake Shack since April 2021. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Operations at Red Lobster from November 2010 to April 2021. Prior to that, Karen worked at Darden Restaurants for over eleven years, where roles included General Manager and Manager. Karen's career began at CVS Pharmacy, where responsibilities included the role of Manager from March 1995 to March 1999. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, earned between 1990 and 1995.
