Marc Mazzola

Marc Mazzola has extensive experience in the food and hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager for Domestic Licensing at Shake Shack since September 2018. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of Operations Manager - Domestic Licensing at Shake Shack and was the Area/Culinary Director at Bobby's Burger Palace from October 2011 to September 2018. Earlier in Marc's career, leadership roles included Managing Partner at L. Mazzola Group, LLC, and Multi Unit Manager at Manny's Place. Marc began in the culinary field as Owner/Operator of Venezia Italian Restaurant. Academic training includes an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, completed in 1999.
