Ron Palmese

Ron Palmese is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Shake Shack, where Ron manages all legal, government, and regulatory affairs. Prior to this, Ron served as the General Counsel at Union Square Hospitality Group. In addition to their corporate experience, Ron also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University School of Law. Ron has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Finance from Georgetown University.
