Ron Palmese

Ron Palmese is the current General Counsel at Shake Shack. Ron has held this position since December 2014. Prior to that, they were with Union Square Hospitality Group from January 2011 to December 2014, where they served as General Counsel and oversaw all legal affairs for the company. Mr. Palmese has also worked as an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP from May 2004 to December 2010 and at Mayer Brown from August 2003 to April 2004.

Ron Palmese studied international business and finance at Georgetown University before going on to earn their Juris Doctor at St. John's University School of Law.
