Jaime Castillo

Jaime Castillo has a diverse range of work experience. Jaime is currently the Founder, Chief Growth Officer, and Customer & Marketing specialist at Shakers, a company that aims to connect businesses and freelancers for successful collaborations. Prior to this, Jaime was a member and consultant at OpenExO, a member at Nova Talent, an Associate Professor at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and a Growth Strategies Professor at IED Madrid. Jaime also worked as a Marketing & Growth Manager at mundoestudiante, where they coordinated marketing plans and developed the business under a customer-centric and digital-oriented strategy. Before that, Jaime founded and served as the Marketing & Growth Manager at Mr. Happiness. Jaime also gained experience in event marketing and growth as part of Start UC3M Emprendedores. Overall, Jaime has a strong background in marketing, growth strategies, and entrepreneurship.

Jaime Castillo completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specializing in Administración y gestión de empresas, general. Jaime attended the university from 2012 to 2017. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Universidade do Porto from 2014 to 2015.

In terms of certifications, Jaime obtained the Exponential Organizations certification from Growth Institute in September 2019.
