Nina Seigle

Nina Seigle is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at SHAKERTOWN AT PLEASANT HILL KENTUCKY INC. Nina has held this position since December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Epic Insurance Solutions from April 2014 to December 2017.

Nina has over 40 years of experience in Human Resources. Nina started their career in 1978 as the Human Resources Director at Caky Louisville Kipda. In 1980, they became the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources at Great Financial Bank and held that position until 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they were the Executive Vice President of HR at ResCare. After a brief hiatus from the workforce, they returned in 2012 as the President/Consultant of NPS HRSolutions. In 2016, they became the Vice President of Human Resources at Epic Insurance Solutions before being promoted to their current role in 2017.

Nina Seigle has a masters in sociology from the University of Louisville and they also went to Southern High School.

Nina Seigle works with Barry Stumbo - Chief Development Officer, Bob Gigliotti - COO, and Dean Jacobson - Controller. Their manager is Maynard Crossland, President & CEO.
