Greg Lipper

Greg Lipper is currently the Treasurer at Shakespeare & Company, Inc. Prior to that, they served as a Strategy & Transformation Consultant at Comerica Bank from August 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they led transformation initiatives to drive growth among consumer, small business and wealth management customers. Greg also served as the Acting Leader of Business Services and Acting Co-Leader of Retail Bank while the current leader was on an 8-week medical leave.

Before Comerica Bank, Greg Lipper was the Founder & Principal Consultant at Lipper Solutions from January 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they provided strategic consulting services to financial institutions and helped them navigate through digital transformation.

Greg Lipper has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and is an expert in digital transformation, Agile best practices and customer journeys. Greg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University.

Greg Lipper has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Concordia University, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Haverford College. Greg also has foreign language skills in French and Hebrew, and has lived in Canada, France, India, and Israel.
