Rebecca Ford

Rebecca Ford is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in training, compliance, and debt recovery. Currently serving as the Training and Compliance Manager at Shakespeare Martineau since July 2017, Rebecca has also held the roles of Team Leader, Training Supervisor, and Senior Debt Recovery Paralegal within the same firm. Prior experience includes positions as a Debt Recovery Paralegal and Housing Litigation Paralegal at Shakespeare Martineau from April 2014 to 2017, as well as a Trainee Legal Executive specializing in Commercial Litigation and a Legal Telephone Negotiator focused on Consumer Debt Recovery at GPB Solicitors between 2008 and 2013. Rebecca holds a Cilex Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice from Worcester Technology College, completed between 2012 and 2015.
