Yolanda Mercy

Yolanda Mercy is a talented writer and creator with extensive experience in theatre and screenwriting. Currently working as a writer and creator for "BBW" at Channel 4, Yolanda has also participated in the BAFTA Crew talent development programme. As a writer on attachment at Soho Theatre, Yolanda is developing a new play while also presenting "Summer Fest" with the National Youth Theatre. Additional roles include assistant director for "Taming of the Shrew" at Shakespeare's Globe and various teaching positions at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. With previous engagements at HighTide and Tamasha Theatre Company, Yolanda continues to push creative boundaries across multiple platforms, following an educational background in applied theatre and dance theatre.
