Leah Erickson

Leah Erickson serves as the Senior Director of Retail Operations at the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) since October 2022, overseeing leadership development, business performance, and operational excellence across various facilities and services. Prior experience includes roles at Great Lakes Management in Retail Operations, YMCA of the North - The Marsh in Marketing, and TCF Bank as Director of Retail Operations Banking Centers and Director of Enterprise Operations, Strategy and Process Improvement. Additionally, Leah held multiple positions at Target, culminating as Sr Group Manager in Operations. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
