Molay Kumar

Molay Kumar is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the paint industry. Currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Shalimar Paints since February 2022, Molay previously held the role of Branch Manager at Berger Paints (I) Limited from November 2020 to March 2022. Prior to that, Molay was an Area Sales Manager at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd for five years and worked as an Assistant Area Manager at Saint Gobain Gyproc Ind Ltd. Beginning a career in sales at Asian Paints Ltd, Molay progressed from Sales Officer to various managerial positions over the years. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and diplomas in Labour Law Practice and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Mahatma Gandhi Labour Institute, respectively.
