Rebecca Shambaugh

Rebecca Shambaugh has significant work experience in leadership and HR roles. Rebecca founded SHAMBAUGH and served as President & CEO, as well as the Founder of Women in Leadership & Learning. Additionally, they have worked as a Keynote Speaker, sharing their expertise on inclusive leadership and gender equality. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they held positions at Fairchild Industries as Vice President of Human Resources, at Amax Inc. as Headquarters Personnel Manager, and at General Motors as a Labor Relations Production Manager.

Rebecca Shambaugh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations & Organizational behavior from Purdue University from 1974 to 1978. Rebecca later pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Development with a focus on Organizational Behavior & Leadership Development from Marymount University from 1999 to 2002.
