Justin Hoeppner

Justin Hoeppner has extensive work experience in various roles within the engineering and corporate strategic fields. Justin started their career as a Design Engineer at Meridian Automotive Systems from March 2000 to April 2003. Later, they joined Shambaugh & Son, L.P. in May 2003 as a Design Engineer and worked in this role until June 2007. Justin then served as a Special Projects Project Manager from June 2007 to April 2014. From April 2014 to August 2021, Justin held the position of Director of Special Projects. Subsequently, they took on the role of Director of Corporate Strategic & Shared Services from August 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Justin is working at Shambaugh & Son, L.P. as Vice President - Corporate Strategic & Shared Services, starting from January 2022.

Justin Hoeppner earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Tri-State University between the years 1999 and 2003.
