Charlene Law is an experienced professional in the optical industry with over 30 years of expertise in technical management, engineering, and production. Currently serving as Technical Manager at Shamir Insight since December 2012, Charlene has successfully implemented advanced polycarbonate coating technologies and led the technical team for product launches. Prior to this role, Charlene held various positions at Carl Zeiss Vision, including FreeForm Quality Engineer and RX-Technology Process Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating validations and liaising with global testing centers to overseeing large-scale laboratory startups. Charlene's earlier experience includes management roles at Walmart and Hoya Vision Care, focusing on production startups and operational excellence in optical laboratories.
