Shadrack Lilan currently serves as Head of Technology for both Shamiri Health and Shamiri Institute, positions held since November 2023. Prior to these roles, Shadrack was Head of Technology at Ilara Health from February 2022 to November 2023 and worked as a Product Manager. Care is provided on our community-oriented platform called Rafi where users turn their lived experiences into shareable art and connect with new friends and a community that understands them.
