Paul Cooney

Paul Cooney has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT consulting industry. Paul began their career in 1999 as a Senior Account Executive at Teligent. In 2001, they moved to Level 3 Communications as a Major Account Executive. In 2002, they joined AT&T as a Sales Manager and was promoted to manage a struggling team in 2004. During their time at AT&T, they increased revenue by 328%, had every sales rep over 100% attainment, and won numerous awards for their performance. In 2008, they founded Shamrock Consulting Group, LLC, a full service telecommunications and IT consulting firm. As President and Founder, they are certified by over 200 telecom carriers to design, sell and support services including SD-WAN, security, MPLS, SIP, cloud computing, data center, wireless/mobility, Internet circuits, disaster recover and data backup/storage, and all local/long distance/toll free services.

Paul Cooney attended Pleasantville High School from 1991 to 1995. Paul then attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a BSBA in Marketing and International Business. During that time, they also attended the University of Galway in 1998 for International Business.
