Rob is a successful quick serve restaurant operator with over 37 years of experience, 20 of those years in various multi-unit capacities. Rob’s general management experience includes the supervision of operations, marketing, personnel, finance and new store development.
Rob has been a key contributor to Shamrock Company since 1994, when the company acquired two KFC locations. As Shamrock Company expanded, Rob led the operations in 11 KFC and 6 KFC/Taco Bell units. In addition, Rob was involved with the development and operations of two Bruegger’s Bagel locations.
He has served the company in several capacities including Restaurant General Manager, Area Manager and Director of Operations. Rob’s accomplishments included Shamrock’s Annual – Top Director/Area Manager 6 of 8 years.
Prior to joining Shamrock, Rob was with Long John Silvers for 15 years and was awarded the Top Operator in the brand. Rob was also an in-store trainer of new talent in the Chicago DMA for over 5 years. During the 15 years Rob was instrumental in opening six new locations.
