Jacob Hicks

Jacob Hicks has work experience as a UX Researcher at Shamrock Trading Corporation since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cerner Corporation, starting as a Human Factors Researcher from August 2016 to August 2019, and then as an Associate Senior Human Factors Researcher from August 2019 to March 2022. Their experience also includes an internship as an Experience Design Intern at DST Systems from June 2015 to December 2015.

Jacob Hicks completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Behavior from Avila University, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Jacob then pursued further education at Missouri Western State University, where they obtained their Masters in Applied Science with a specialization in Human Factors and Usability Testing from 2014 to 2016.
