Joshua Weber, AIA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joshua started their career as a Weekend Manager at The Danish Immigrant Museum, where they were responsible for managing operations and ensuring visitor satisfaction. Joshua then worked as a Server at Hickory Park Restaurant Co., gaining valuable skills in a fast-paced environment. Joshua then transitioned into the field of architecture, starting as an Architecture Intern at PLaN architecture. Here, they worked on a range of projects, utilizing AutoCAD and attending client meetings. Joshua continued to expand their architectural expertise as a Carpenter at Willie Carpentry, where they gained hands-on experience in wood framing and project management. Joshua also worked as a Draftsman at Forum Phi and a Contract Architect Intern at OPN Architects. In 2015, they served as an Intern Architect at THUNDERhead [design.build.dev], honing their architectural skills before joining Populous as an Architect Technician II. In 2017, Joshua joined McCownGordon Construction as a Virtual Construction Specialist, moving up to a Senior Virtual Construction Specialist role before becoming a Project Engineer. Joshua earned their Bachelor of Architecture degree (BArch) from Iowa State University between 2008 and 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Joshua decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Construction Business (MBA) degree at the University of Oklahoma, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Joshua obtained the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management) certification from Procore Technologies in October 2021. Furthermore, Joshua acquired the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) certification from Procore Technologies in March 2019. Lastly, they are a Licensed Architect in the State of Missouri, which they obtained in December 2018.
