Felicity Kelliher

Felicity Kelliher is a Professor of Management Practice and Chair of the RIKON research group at South East Technological University, specializing in action research and longitudinal interpretive case methods. With extensive experience in management education, Felicity lectures on doctoral, master's, and executive programs, focusing on organizational behavior, leadership, and change management, while also serving as the DBA Programme Director. As a Visiting Professor at Shanghai University, Felicity teaches MBA courses in Business Entrepreneurship Planning and Strategic Business Development. Co-founding the BRIM-RIKON Research Centre, Felicity engages in research to support SMEs and enhance knowledge application. Previous roles include Project Manager at ICL Fujitsu and Product Consultant at Kindle Banking Systems. Felicity holds a PhD from Queen's University Belfast and an Executive MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
