Douglas Heng

Douglas Heng is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in front office management. Currently serving as Front Office Manager at Shangri-La Group since September 2024, Douglas previously held the same position at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay, overseeing luxury property operations. Douglas's tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from August 2016 to September 2023 included achievements such as acting as interim Department Head and securing a 95% Employee Engagement Survey score for 2023. Douglas also received the Alcatel-Lucent Challenge Trophy Hotel Receptionist of the Year award in 2017.
