Joss Brenon has extensive experience in the luxury and leisure hospitality industry, currently serving as Account Director for Global Sales at Shangri-La Group since September 2016, focusing on Europe and London markets, as well as previously holding the position of Associate Director of Sales at Shangri-La Sydney. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at Shangri-La Sydney, and various positions within AccorHotels, where Joss was engaged in conference and events sales. Joss began a career with roles in event planning at ACROSS Australia - Oceania DMC and Destination Pacific Australia. Academic credentials include a Master of Economics & Management in Hospitality, Tourism, and Leisure Trades, and a Specialized Master in Meeting, Incentive, Congress & Events Management from UFR ESTHUA Tourisme et Culture.
