Mirela Manolova

Mirela Manolova is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Assistant Customer Sales Manager at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts since January 2019. In this role, Mirela supervises a team of five reservations agents, manages group reservations, and assists with staff recruitment and scheduling. Previously, Mirela held supervisory and specialist roles at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and began their career at Hôtel Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe, where foundational skills were developed in front desk operations and reservations management.
