Kathy Sewell

Kathy Sewell is an experienced professional currently serving as the Coastal Community Engagement Coordinator at Shangri-La Human Services since November 2015, where responsibilities include supporting the Office of the CEO and advancing community engagement initiatives. Prior to this role, Kathy was the CEO of Dancin' Trees, a firm focused on team building and professional development from January 1989 to November 2015. Additional leadership experience includes serving as the Executive Director at Mt Emily Safe Center from February 2011 to December 2012 and as District Executive Director for the American Cancer Society between September 2006 and May 2008. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communications from Sonoma State University and a degree in Women Studies with a focus on Women Studies and Queer Studies from Oregon State University.
