Mercy Oku

Mercy Oku currently serves as an Immigration Assistant and Receptionist at Shannex Incorporated, where responsibilities include greeting visitors and managing front desk operations. Previous experience includes roles as a Server (Team Lead) and Human Resources Intern, with tasks involving recruitment and employee relations. Prior to Shannex, Mercy worked at Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited as a Customer Service Representative and Head of Customer Service, and held a KYC position at Stanbic Ghana. Early career included a role as a Shop Assistant at TotalEnergies. Mercy is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management at NBCC and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Regent University, along with a Diploma in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies, Accra.
