Pamela Brooks has over 20 years of experience in airport operations and management. Pamela has primarily worked at Shannon Airport, where they held various roles such as Head of Operations, Operational Systems & Project Manager, Procurement Manager, and Business Systems Support/Project Manager. Pamela'sresponsibilities included overseeing operational systems, project planning, procurement, and project management. Pamela also played a key role in the separation project for SAA from DAA. Additionally, they worked at DAA, Shannon Airport as Duty Airport Manager (DAM) and at Dublin Airport Authority on an Airport Operations Management System Project Implementation.

Pamela Brooks completed a BA in Management Practice at the University of Limerick in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Management from the same university in 2021. Pamela'seducational background also includes a range of training courses in project management, first-line management, and airport operations from various institutions such as the Irish Management Institute and National College of Ireland. In 2020, they completed a QQI Level 6 Train the Trainer course at DCM Learning. Additionally, Pamela obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2021.
