Pam Bradshaw, DNP, RN, currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Shannon Medical Center, where responsibilities include overseeing nursing and clinical support services within an independent health system consisting of 620 licensed beds and a workforce of 4,000 associates. Previously, Pam held significant leadership roles as Chief Nursing Officer from 2015 to 2021 at Shannon Medical Center, where the focus included effective management of nursing services. Moreover, Pam was the Chief Nursing Officer at Christus Spohn Health System from 2013 to 2015, overseeing high-volume deliveries and leading a level 3 NICU. Pam's early career included a tenure of nearly a decade at United Regional Health Care System, culminating as Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Nursing and Clinical Services, along with military service in the United States Air Force as a Nurse Manager and Director of Inpatient and Outpatient Units. Educationally, Pam holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Nursing Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Midwestern State University.
