As Senior Property Manager, Brandon is responsible for managing the day to day operations of each of his properties. Brandon performs site visits, manages budgets and maintains strong relationships with all tenants. Brandon is tasked with making sure tenants’ needs are met quickly and efficiently.
Brandon is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) with IREM (International Real Estate Management) and obtained his CPM designation in 2021. Brandon received his Facility Management Professional (FMP) designation in 2021.
Brandon came to SW from Corporate Realty Management, where he worked as a Commercial Property Manager for 5 years.
