Khorshed Alam Niloy has a background in mechanical engineering and has worked in various EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) roles in different companies since graduating in 2017. Khorshed Alam currently serves as an Assistant Manager-EHS (Compliance) at Shanta Holdings Limited, where Khorshed Alam ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains a safe work environment. Prior to this, Khorshed Alam held positions such as Health Safety Environment Officer at Sinohydro and Safety Engineer at Kaizen Automation Private Limited, where Khorshed Alam conducted safety training and audits, as well as hazard analysis and mitigation. As a Trainee Engineer at Summit Power International, Khorshed Alam gained knowledge in power plant operations.
