Jim Rinzema has a diverse work history in the real estate and construction industry. Jim most recently worked at SHAPE as the EVP Development starting in January 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Vice President at Spectrum Project Services Ltd. (SHAPE) from June 2017 to January 2019. Before joining SHAPE, Jim held the position of VP Development at Shape Properties Corp from November 2011 to June 2017. Jim also has extensive experience at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction from August 1993 to May 2011.
