Ray Gonzalez

Ray Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ray started their career in the US Navy in 2002, where they held various roles such as Director of Operations and Nuclear Engineering Watch Officer. After leaving the Navy, Ray joined Shape Technologies Group in 2015. Ray has since held multiple positions within the company, including VP of Global Operations, Director of Finance, General Manager, and Product Manager.

Ray Gonzalez has a diverse education history. Ray earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science, with a minor in Japanese, from the United States Naval Academy, where they attended from 1997 to 2001. Following their undergraduate studies, they completed the Naval Nuclear Power Training Program in 2005, where they obtained a certification as a Nuclear Propulsion Officer (EOOW, PNEO). Later, in 2014 to 2016, Gonzalez pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition, they obtained a Certified Project Management Associate, IPMA Level D® certification from the IPMA: International Project Management Association in November 2015.
