Dominika Hodrová

Dominika Hodrová has extensive work experience in various engineering and administrative roles. Dominika is currently employed at Shape Corp. as a Production Quality Engineer and Continuous Improvement Engineer since 2021. Prior to this, they took a maternity leave from 2017 to 2020 at Shape Corp.

Before joining Shape Corp., Dominika worked at Shape Corp. Czech Republic s.r.o. as a Manufacturing Engineer in the Continuous Improvement Team from 2016 to 2017 and as a Launch Assistant from 2015 to 2016.

Earlier in their career, they were a Planner at Doosan Škoda Power from 2013 to 2015.

Dominika's work experience also includes a long-term role at WITTE Automotive. Dominika initially started as a laborer during their summer holidays and eventually transitioned to an office worker, providing administrative assistance. Dominika continued working at WITTE Automotive until 2013 while studying at the University. During this time, they also assisted the department TOV with occasional technical tasks related to their specialization.

Overall, Dominika has demonstrated their expertise in engineering, project management, and administrative roles throughout their professional career.

Dominika Hodrová obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of West Bohemia between the years 2007 and 2013. Prior to that, they attended Secondary Technical School Ostrov from 2003 to 2007, focusing on the Technical Lyceum. In addition to their formal education, Dominika also obtained additional certifications. In May 2022, they completed a course on the Basics of IATF 16949 offered by the Czech Society for Quality. In November 2014, they received certification in MS Project from the Gopas Computer School.
