Jairo Morales Tapia

Jairo Morales Tapia has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Jairo started their career at Grupo Bimbo in 2007, where they worked as a Practicing in Maintenance Department. Jairo was responsible for project development to align the band of the bread oven, using a pneumatic actuator system to center the band and improve production time.

In 2008, Jairo joined Nissan Mexicana S.A. de C.V. as a Design Engineer. Jairo was in charge of developing new exterior trim parts, including fascia, grille, bezels, brackets, moldings, emblems, and spoiler. Jairo'sresponsibilities included defining technical specifications for suppliers, providing styling design feedback, conducting technical design reviews, and validating parts at the component and vehicle assembly level.

In 2013, Jairo moved on to FCA México, where they held two roles. As a Dimensional Validation Engineer, they were responsible for validating the geometry tools design for Body In White Framing assembly in line. Jairo ensured correct part and BIW setup on geometry tools during the assembly process and checking fixture during dimensional data collection. Jairo also worked as a Product Engineer, focusing on the development of the rear spoiler for a new SUV program. Jairo'stasks included providing styling design feedback, validating components and vehicle assembly, and conducting technical design reviews with suppliers and FCA's engineering and management staff.

Jairo's most recent position was at Shape Corp., where they worked as a Product Engineer since 2017. Jairo'smain responsibilities involved developing vehicle parts, specifically plastic structural and energy absorption parts. Jairo was responsible for defining B surface, fixation methods, and material selection. Jairo also validated parts through performance and structural testing.

Jairo Morales Tapia's education history includes a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Quality and Productivity, obtained from Universidad Tecmilenio. Jairo attended this institution from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, focused on Advanced Manufacturing, from INSTITUTO TECNOLÓGICO DE TOLUCA, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
