Justin Stevens

Justin Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Justin is currently employed as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Shape Corp., a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Manager at JW Aluminum from September 2017 to October 2021.

During their time at Kellogg Company, which they joined in 2010, Justin held various roles, including Continuous Improvement Site Resource, HR Training Manager, Senior Associate in HR Shared Services, and Human Resources Generalist. In these positions, they demonstrated proficiency in lean/six sigma strategies, process optimization, skill assessment, and employee relations. Justin successfully led projects that resulted in cost savings, increased participation, and improvements in document retention processes.

Before joining Kellogg Company, Justin worked at Best Buy as a Sales representative from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they gained legal experience as a Paralegal Intern at Van Tubergen & Treutler, PLLC in 2010.

Justin Stevens attended Grand Valley State University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies (ABA accredited) with a minor in Business Administration. Following this, they attended Davenport University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management. In addition to their degrees, Justin also received a certification in Lean Office and Services from the University of Michigan in May 2016.
