Stephanie Marquez has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Stephanie started their career as a Master's Level Organization and Talent Effectiveness Intern at Mercy Health, where they gained experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for various healthcare positions. Stephanie later became a Medical Staff (CME) Coordinator, responsible for developing and implementing Continuing Medical Education programs. Stephanie then worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Mercy Health, focusing on creating a positive candidate experience and coordinating recruitment events.
In 2015, Stephanie joined Spectrum Health as a Recruiter, handling full cycle recruitment for multiple healthcare positions across different locations.
