Chief Growth Strategist Consultant at Shapermint

Margo Andros has a long and successful career in the lingerie industry. Margo began their career in 1999 as the Principal and Founder of Pink Slip, a lingerie brand composed of three divisions (retail, e-commerce, and consulting). During the formative years of the company, Margo focussed on building a successful retail and e-commerce distribution channel for the lingerie market. In 2007 and 2010, Pink Slip was named the "Best Intimates Shop Worldwide" by the Best of Intima publication.

In 2012, Margo joined Ameco Retail Group, LLC as the Regional Director. In 2016, they joined Brayola as the Chief Operating Officer. At Brayola, Margo leveraged proprietary data to build algorithms that matched shoppers with bras bought by other women with similar preferences. During their tenure, Brayola earned two rounds of Series A funding.

In 2019, Margo began consulting for two companies, Shapermint and Felina. At Shapermint, Margo developed and led North American sales and marketing retail strategy. Margo also developed brand strategy from concept to product launch and introduced innovation and authenticity to the merchandising mix of big-box retailers. At Felina, Margo served as a CMO Consultant.

In 2020, Margo founded and became the Ecommerce Growth Strategist for LTV Approach. At LTV Approach, Margo led a team of digital experts in scaling and creating lifetime value for ecommerce businesses having difficulty realizing their growth and revenue potential. Additionally, they served as a CMO Consultant for Montelle Intimates Inc., where they grew the acquisition sales over the previous year and increment 600% in revenue. Margo also got them to profitability and launched cross-channel marketing programs that drove increased traffic over the prior year.

Margo Andros holds a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University. Margo also has two certifications from Klaviyo, a Klaviyo Product Certificate obtained in November 2022 and a Klaviyo Product Certified obtained in June 2021.
