Ziko Behrman has a strong background in real estate development and appraisal. Ziko has held various positions in both commercial real estate development and real estate appraisal firms. Ziko's most recent role was as the VP of Commercial Real Estate Development at Shapir Civil and Marine Engineering Ltd. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Commercial Real Estate Development at Shufersal. Ziko also has experience as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Appraiser Intern. Before entering the real estate industry, Ziko founded and served as President of Energreen Inc. and worked as a Regional Manager at Cool Waves Inc. Ziko also has a military background, having served as a Company Commander in the IDF.
