Don Zeiders

Don Zeiders brings more than 28 years of experience in the mechanical contracting trades to his role as Director of Business Development and Preconstruction. He joined the company in 2016 as a Preconstruction Associate and then Preconstruction Project Executive, Don’s primary responsibilities include decisions on which projects to pursue, reviewing pursuit schedules, overseeing business development, and coaching the preconstruction team, developing relationships with clients, subcontractors and equipment vendors. As Director of Business Development, Don also coordinates all of Shapiro & Duncan’s business unit’s marketing and business development efforts.
