People Operations Specialist

We are looking for a motivated People Operations Specialist to join us on our mission to reinvent 3D design for the 21st century. 

This role will give you the opportunity to be the owner of our relocation process and help our employees on a daily basis! As the second person in our People Operations Team, you will build processes from scratch regarding the relocation and significantly impact the growth of our industry-defining company. You'll work across all organisational levels and collaborate with functions such as Recruitment, Finance, and Office Experience.

What will you do?

• Provide an enviable employee lifecycle experience to our "Shapers" by handling their People Operations-related queries on a daily basis.
• Coordinate a variety of tasks ranging from employee benefits and third-party vendor management to labor contracts, employee files, and medical checks. 
• Empower People Team decision-making by setting up and running insightful analytics and by making sure our People IT systems are up to date.
• Handle relocation processes for new hires, including managing external vendors and being the first point of contact for all relocation-related issues.
• Be a partner to our current Senior People Ops Specialist in various HR areas such as onboarding and off-boarding, benefits administration, cooperation with the Office and Employee Experience teams, month-end closing preparations, and process improvements.

What will you need to be successful?

• Organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to distinguish between general use and sensitive data, managing each appropriately.
• Confident communication skills in both English and Hungarian, comfortable interacting and liaising across all levels, and challenging others when necessary.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to keep things running at pace without much hand-holding.
• Resilience and curiosity by nature – you see failures, and setbacks as learning opportunities.
• Bonus: Having a degree or an experience in Human Resources are considered as a plus.
