Peter Gyongyosi

Peter Gyongyosi has a diverse work experience, starting as a Junior Software Developer at MoveOne Relocations in 2005. Peter then worked as a Researcher at QuantisLabs Ltd. from 2006 to 2007.

In 2007, Gyongyosi joined Balabit as a Software Engineer and later became a Product Manager. Peter played a key role in launching Blindspotter, a security-oriented data analysis product, and managed the log management product line. Peter also led various initiatives such as expanding the R&D team, introducing new features, and driving the pivot to an integrated feature.

From 2018 to 2021, Gyongyosi worked at One Identity as a Senior Product Manager. Peter was responsible for Safeguard for Privileged Sessions and Privileged Analytics products, leading a team of product owners and collaborating with a large R&D team. Gyongyosi focused on continuous improvement, product strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and customer relationships.

Currently, Gyongyosi is employed at Shapr3D as a Group Product Manager. Peter leads the product team responsible for the core app experience, working with cross-functional teams to reimagine the CAD experience across 3 platforms. Peter'srole involves improving team processes, owning the strategy of the domain, and aligning with key stakeholders. Additionally, Gyongyosi previously held the role of Senior Product Manager at Shapr3D, overseeing the launch of the product on Windows and driving the go-to-market project.

Peter Gyongyosi attended Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2002 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science & IT Security. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In April 2011, they became a VMWare Certified Professional 4 from VMWare. In October 2013, they received the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in October 2015, they obtained the Agile Product Management certification from the Agile Product Management Laboratory.
