Jae Seung Lee

Jae Seung (Josh) Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership and business development across various sectors, including Web3 and venture capital. Currently serving as Project Lead at ShardLab since January 2024, Jae Seung focuses on fostering mass adoption of Web3 technologies in Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, Jae Seung was a Principal at Krust Universe, contributing to the development of web3 applications for a global audience. Jae Seung also held key positions at WeWork, where mentorship was provided to startup founders, and at MEDIHERE, leading marketing and growth initiatives. Experience includes work as a Senior Associate at Big Basin Capital and a Head of Retail in Thailand for Ninja Van. Early career roles encompassed corporate finance at GE Capital and serving as an aide-de-camp in the Republic of Korea Air Force. Jae Seung holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
