Parinaaz Captain

Parinaaz Captain has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co since September 2022. Prior to this role, Parinaaz worked as Human Resources Manager at Tridonic from September 2017 to August 2022 and as Assistant Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. from May 2014 to August 2017, handling various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, grievance management, and reward and recognition. Additionally, Parinaaz completed a summer internship at Syntel in 2013 focused on language development training for employees. Parinaaz holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Indian Education Society’s Management & Research Centre and a B.Com in management from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
