Francois Sindzingre

Francois SINDZINGRE has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including finance, technology, and marketing. Currently serving as a Mentor at Share it and as the Fondateur at ALBAVEST since 2021, Francois also engages as an occasional speaker on virtual teams, outsourcing, and marketing. Previously, as Transformation Program Director at Société Générale from 2010 to 2021, Francois defined a five-year transformation roadmap and managed significant change initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Infrastructure Management Services at Société Générale, IT Global Account Manager for SocGen corporate and investment banking, and various managerial positions at HP and France Telecom, where notable achievements include launching new product lines and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Francois holds a Master’s degree in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD and an Executive MBA from Ecole des hautes Etudes commerciales, along with an engineering degree from CentraleSupélec.
