Bob Miller

Bob Miller has extensive experience in contact center management and technology support, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Contact Center at Sharecare since its acquisition of Healthways in July 2016. With a tenure at Healthways beginning in February 2000, Bob has held several key positions, including Executive Director of Contact Center Systems, where responsibilities included the management of CosmoCom Dialer and inContact Cloud Systems. Previous roles encompassed positions as Senior Architect of Contact Center Technology, Regional Technology Director, Regional Technology Manager, and System Administrator, focusing on systems support, technical management, and technology implementations to enhance customer service operations.
