Carrie Ratliff

Carrie Ratliff is the current Chief Legal Officer at Sharecare. Prior to their current position, they served as SVP and Corporate Secretary at Change Healthcare from January 2018 to January 2022. Carrie Ratliff began their career as a Partner at King & Spalding in January 2007 and served in that role until December of 2018.

After completing their undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, Carrie Ratliff went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor.

They work with Anil Menon - EVP, Community & Urban Services, Elizabeth Colyer - EVP, Account Management, and Walter De Brouwer - Chief Scientific Officer. Carrie Ratliff reports to Jeff Arnold, Co-Founder, Chairman, CEO.
