Ivan Burmistrov

Ivan Burmistrov is a highly experienced software engineer with a strong background in leading teams and developing robust infrastructure for high-performance systems. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at ShareChat since September 2021, Ivan is instrumental in building a recommendation system infrastructure that caters to hundreds of millions of users. Previously, Ivan held positions at ScyllaDB and Facebook, where notable accomplishments included driving innovation in cloud-based solutions and providing technical leadership for the Ads Experimentation system. Ivan's earlier experience at SKB Kontur involved leading teams in the development of EDI and reporting services, with a focus on system architecture and performance optimization.
